Iron Horse State Park - Olallie Access

The Milwaukee Road Railroad opened the right-of-way in the early part of the century and operated it for many years. When that railroad went bankrupt in 1980, the right-of-way was obtained by the Burlington Northern but never used. The land became available in 1987.

The trail provides a wonderful view of the Snoqualmie Valley and the Cascade Mountains.

The park features hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and wagon train riding.

The Washington State Parks system includes more than 125 developed parks and covers about a quarter million acres.
