Rhododendron Cafe is nestled in the Skagit Valley, offering many viewpoints of the the San Juan Islands, lakes on Chuckanut and Blanchard Mountains. They offer a lunch and dinner menu. Lunch includes Howard's chicken sandwich, grilled Portobello sandwich, grilled chicken breast or black tiger prawns sautéed with mushrooms, garlic, dark beer, prawn stock, Cajun spices, pan fried oysters and steamed Penn Cove mussels. Dinner consists of local Samish Bay oysters breaded and panfried, served with tartar sauce, oven roasted red potatoes and vegetable, grilled chicken breast or black tiger prawns sautéed with mushrooms, garlic, dark beer, prawn stock, Cajun spices, Washington chicken breast breaded and panfried topped with marinara sauce. All sandwiches are served with roasted red potatoes, lettuce, tomato and onion.
