Nestled in the foothills of mountain, Carol's Girls Catering is located in the evergreen state of Washington. Afternoon brunch includes blueberry and apple cinnamon baked French toast, homemade butter crescent sandwiches, sliced ham w/ pineapple rings, mini quiches, fresh seasonal fruit pasta salad, oriental asparagus salad, and rhubarb punch. Dinner includes lemon chicken, steamed baby red potatoes, roasted vegetables, Caesar salad, homemade dinner rolls, baked salmon, rice pilaf, roasted vegetables, spinach salad with strawberries, and homemade herb cheese ring. They have a fully equipped and licensed catering kitchen. Catering for wedding fuctions are also available.
