Mount Baker Vineyards is the country's northernmost winery, located 12 miles east of
Bellingham in the Nooksack Valley, it was established in 1978 with the first planting of vines.
They are a small winery and many of the wines produced have unique, unrecognizable names which most people have not heard, seen or tasted before.
The tasting room and gift shop are open daily from 11 to 5. Also offered are great views of Mt. Baker from the picnic area and tasting room.
