A Foot, Horse and (Where Permitted) Mountain Bike Trail from the Continental Divide to the Pacific Ocean

This 1200-mile trail stretches from the Continental Divide to the Pacific Ocean, and ranks among the most scenic trails in the world.

The Pacific Northwest Trail crosses varied and magnificent terrain including the Rocky Mountains, the Purcell Mountains, the Kettle River Range, the Pasayten Wilderness, the North Cascades and the Olympic Mountains. The trail crosses 3 national parks and 7 national forests.

Hikers, equestrians, and mountain bikers are well-rewarded by the physical and spiritual challenges offered by what can only be described as the adventure of a lifetime.
