They farm using natural methods, no synthetic pesticides and maintain areas of natural vegetation to host predatory insects and birds. Beginning in 2002 all wines will be bottled in clear glass so the bottles will go to recycling rather than landfill. Wines produced: Rose Paradiso, Paradiso Red, Angelica, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Red Sun Cabernet Sauvignon.
