The Preston family is one of the pioneers of the Washington wine industry. Now operated by a second generation of the family, the winery was founded in 1976 and was the third licensed winery in the state.
The winery is surrounded by 180 acres of vineyard, featuring syrah, cabernet, merlot, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, gamay and royalty grapes. The newly-remodeled tasting room and bar offers guests a view of the vineyard and a chance to peruse a selection of wine-themed gift items.
The winery grounds feature a park, deck and amphitheater open to the public for special events or a summertime picnic.
