Fort Stevens Elementary School serves a student population of 430 students from preschool age through fourth grade. The school offers classes for preschoolers with special needs. There are classes for students with a variety of handicapping conditions. The school offers support for students who have reading, math, or written language difficulties. A program to support highly capable students is conducted.
