Ruby

Search Visit Washington

Ruby came into existence in the late 1880s and was incorporated in 1890. It became one of the best known and liveliest mining towns in the Northwest. Ruby had 29 businesses and was about a quarter mile long.

Today, the only thing that remains of this once-bustling mining town, are some stone foundations that marked where the buildings once stood.

Located 7 miles southeast of Conconully.
