Silverdale Outrigger Canoe Club comprises a diverse group of fun-loving people who like to be out on the water. Its goals are to maintain and perpetuate the Hawaiian culture through the promotion of outrigger canoe racing, to participate in and promote Hawaiian canoe racing throughout the United States, to teach, train, and expose children, women, and men in the art, craft, and history of Hawaiian canoeing, and to participate in canoe racing.
