There is hiking, horesback riding, fishing and skiing all within 30 minutes of the park. If fishing is your pleasure the area offers some of the best lake and stream fishing in the state. Shady Firs is less than 10 minutes from beautiful Riffe Lake, over 300 feet deep with 23 miles of shoreline. Plus many more lakes.
