The Carolyn Staley Fine Japanese Prints specializing in Japanese wood block prints since 1980. It is located in historic Pioneer Square. It is noted for its offering of rare prints of only the finest quality available. They feature an inventory of fine antique, ukiyo-e or 'floating world' prints of over 40 artists. These traditional, hand-printed masterworks of famous kabuki actors, courtesans, landscapes, heroes and legends, reflect the styles, history, and pleasures of the Japanese middle class during the 18th and 19th centuries.
