Uniontown

Uniontown is a small (population 282) town 12 miles south of Pullman on Highway 195 in Whitman County.

Uniontown was established in the 1880s by German immigrants. Today, the town is supported by agriculture. Of special interest in Uniontown is the St. Boniface Church, constructed in 1904. It is the oldest consecrated Catholic Church. Also, visit Uniontown's most distinctive feature - a 600-plus-foot iron wheel fence, created by a local.

There is also a Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
