Deux Tamales continues the sassy fusion of Latin and French cuisines. A fresh menu retains some Les Tamales favorites, such as the mango and brie quesadilla, the lively bocadillos, and, of course, the trademark handmade tamales. But look for the new favorites, such as the blue cheese mashed potatoes that accompany the Calvados–glazed Puerco Parilla. And don't forget the parade of 45 different premium tequilas.
