The Brillion Nature Center is located off County PP, just 2 miles SW of Brillion, Wisconsin. The Brillion Nature Center Building was built in the 1940's and used as a barn. Today, it is used as a classroom and office.
Features of the nature center include a Restored Prairie covered with over 50 species of wildflowers, Marsh Platform for viewing waterfowl, Jason's Pond where children can search for aquatic insects and frogs, Picnic Areas, and Indoor Exhibits.
The Nature Center Building is open the 1st Tuesday 1-5 and the 3rd Thursday 9-1 every month.
Open to the public from 7am until sunset daily the six miles of hiking trails lead hikers through a variety of natural settings including marshes, ponds, forests and restored prairies. All walking trails are indicated by signs and are composed of bare earth, chipped wood and grass.
Workshops, programs and a naturalist are available by appointment for school field trips and on site lectures.
