Cascade is located in Sheboygan County within the East Region, between Sheboygan and Kewaskum along Highway 28 near Waldo, Sheboygan Falls, and Kettle Moraine State Forest. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 692, an increase of 72 since 1990.
