The purpose of this library is to serve all the citizens of the Village of Clinton and the surrounding community by providing access to materials, in a variety of formats, that will enrich personal life, enhance the family unit, and promote and strengthen the community.

Although the library endeavors to accomodate all users, special emphasis will be placed on providing current popular materials for all ages, promoting young children's interest in reading and learning, and having adequate reference resources to meet the needs of the community.
