Wisconsin Automotive Museum, the largest auto museum in the state features a display of classic, vintage autos and automotive artifacts. One of the most popular attractions in the “The Kissel.” The Kissel was originally manufactured in Hartford from 1906 to 1931. The "Speedster" is the most famous Kissel model and was affectionately known as the “Gold Bug.” This car was popular among stars like Fatty Arbuckle and Amelia Earhardt.Other attractions include an exhibition dedicated to the Nash, first built in Kenosha in 1916, an all-new display area for the Hudson Essex Terraplane and over 90 other rare treats, such as Reos, Pierce-Arrows, Pontiac's, Studebaker's, Chevrolet's and Fords, set off in a striking Art Deco interior. Other automotive artifacts such as license plates, spark plugs, oil cans and signs are found throughout the museum.
