Dodgeville

Dodgeville is located in Iowa County (of which it is the county seat) between Madison and Platteville along US Highway 151 near Mineral Point, Barneveld, Governor Dodge State Park, and Black Hawk Lake. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 4,223, an increase of 341 since 1990.
