Step back in time and enjoy an old fashioned orchard featuring self pick apples, raspberries and pumpkins. Eplegaarden is located in Fitchburg and is one of the only self pick orchards around. Borrow a little red wagon and take a stroll through the orchard picking all the fresh fruits you want. Take an old fashioned hayride, pony ride, or stroll through the Eplebutikkin for some fresh cider or apple butter. Activities are scheduled throughout the season including the Bluegrass/Folk Music Festival, Fitchburg Fall Farm Festival and Harold Potterson’s Horrific Halloween Haunts for little Wizards and Trolls.
