Hinterland Brewery Restaurant Lounge

The Hinterland Brewery, Restaurant and Lounge offers beer with intense flavor, color and consistency. Brewed on site, they have won 7 medals including two Silver medals for our Pale Ale and a World Champion medal for their Maple Bock. Tours of the brewing room are offered on Saturday's. The restaurant has such dishes as Washington kumumoto oysters on the half shell, Porcini dusted grilled swordfish, Grilled broken arrow ranch antelope striploin and Surf ‘n’ turf of duck breast and diver scallops. The Lounge offers the Hinterland Beer, an extensive wine list and daily happy hour.
