Horicon is located in Dodge County northeast of Madison, between Beaver Dam and West Bend along Highway 33 near Juneau, Mayville, Iron Ridge, and the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 3,801, a decrease of 72 since 1990.
