Located on Chippewa Flowage, Deer Run Resort has three cottages and 2 vacation homes each furnished with refrigerator, bathroom, gas or electric heat, microwaves, and cooking utensils.The RV sites include electricity (50 amp service), water, RV, sewer, and docking space. The main lodge provides a full liquor bar, pizza, sandwiches and snacks. A fish cleaning house and freezer, bait, tackle, boat and motor rentals, picnic tables and grill are available. Hunting, fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling are the local activities.
