During an era of revival fantasy architecture, this temple is one of a few examples of the Indian Saracenic style of architecture in the United States. Based on the Taj Mahal in India the main dome is 30' in diameter and is flanked by two small domes. A pair of recumbent camels and two solid bronze lanterns grace the main entry. Inside the ceramic tile, plaster lattice work and decorative floral designs are equally impressive. Open for self-guided tours daily, with group tours, guided tours and weekends by appointment.
