Warrens is located in Monroe County northeast of La Crosse, between Mauston and Black River Falls along County Route EW near Tomah, McMullen Memorial County Park, the Black River State Forest, and the Central Wisconsin Conservation Area. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 356, an increase of 13 since 1990.
