Waupun is located in
Dodge County between
Fond du Lac and
Sun Prairie along US Highway 151 near
Beaver Dam,
Juneau, and the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge. Waupun is home to eight bronze sculptures located throughout and near Waupun. James Earl Fraser's original broze statue 'End of the Trail' is on the Register of Historic Sites located in Shaler Park on Madison Street. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 9,904, an increase of 1,060 since 1990.
