Lord Nelson, and indeed Lady Emma, enjoyed the hospitality of the Castle Hotel in 1802, and they still have the four-poster bed for you to enjoy too. They have improved facilities somewhat, but they like to think the 'old style hospitality' still remains for the weary traveller. Llandovery meaning 'a church amongst waters', is perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons, the Black Mountain and the Cambrian Wilderness where the Red Kite soars in summer skies.
