Carnarvon

Carnarvon is a seaside resort in Carnavonshire in northwest Wales situated at the southwest end of Menai Strait, 67 miles west of Chester. Carnavon Castle was built by Edward I in 1283. Edward II, first Saxon Prince of Wales, was born in Queen's Tower in 1284.

Carnarvon was an old Roman station and a residence of early Welsh princes.
