Swansea Wales

Swansea is a town in Glamorganshire at the mouth of the Tawe River, 60 miles WNW of Bristol, England. In 1918, Swansea incorporated a large part of the urban district, including Oystermouth, a residential district and popular resort. The town grew up around a 14th century castle, remains of which still can be seen.

Dylan Thomas was born in Swansea in 1914.
