Comments: The bakery has moved, since I was there last. It looks as though it belongs in NY or LA. Very stylish. I don't know the name of the street , since I don't live there anymore, but it is in Beckley, in from of Sam's & a new Movie Theatre Complex. It isn't hard to find. The food is still wonderful but I think the pasteries are better than before. The pecan bars are so moist, the fruit tarts are great but I have to always take home an oatmeal cookie. There is just something about them that makes me want more.

Comments: You have to try the raspberry vinagerette dressing on their salads! I also highly recommend their pizzas with the whole wheat crust.

Comments: I ordered a cake for my mother and father in-law's fortieth wedding anniversary in 2001 from this bakery. It was one of the most delicious cakes I had ever eaten! The cake was so beautifully decorated my mother-in-law was reluctant to cut it at first. Once it was passed around to all the guests and eaten, I could hear so many of them asking my mother - in -law who had baked this wonderful cake?! After I had tasted a forkful, I understood exactly why people were commenting on the cake. The cake was not only moist, it had a to - die-for butter cream frosting that just melted in your mouth! The baker had used a raspberry cream filling which was a perfect compliment to the texture of the cake. I now live three hours away from this bakery, and I'm getting ready to graduate from college. For this special day I have to have a cake from this bakery, nothing else will do. It will be worth the drive to have a cake that will be part of the lasting memories I will have on graduation day.
