The Park Avenue, a restaurant and motel facility, provides two banquet halls , Banquet Room-1 and Banquet Room-2. The Banquet Room-1, a large banquet room with a seating for 70 people, is ideal for business meetings or class reunions. The Banquet Room-2 seats up to 35 people. The Park Avenue has 18 motel units, 6 with queen size beds and 12 with 2 full size beds. Cable TV is provided.
