Wolf Creek Winery is located in historic Monroe County. It offers red, white, and fruit wines and accessories. The vineyard is a modest 12 acres on a gentle hillside in Wolfcreek. There are four basic varieties of grapes, such as Seyval, Vidal, Chambourcin, and Foch. The winery is located on a beautiful spot with a great view of the vineyard and the surrounding mountains. The winery building houses the tasting room, a kitchen, and the office. The actual wine-making is done on the lower floor and includes lab, barrel room, and main room with the 400 gallon stainless steel tanks in which the carefully pressed grape juice turns to wine.
