Village Friends Trading Company offers classic stone teapots, hand carved from Cheng Ni stone by Chinese artisans from southeastern China. Taking Nature and the objects of daily life as their inspiration, their stone carvers have created hand-sized masterpieces of sculpture. By the careful hand application of stains and polishing techniques, the carvers are able to mimic a wide range of textures and patinas, such as bronze, wood and bamboo.
