The lodge has been slowly transformed from a rustic hunting and fishing inn to a romantic riverfront getaway. Seven cabins have been added as vacation rentals, ranging from riverfront to mountain, log to stone, and historic to contemporary, each with a private hot tub. The Cheat River and Monongahela National Forest located adjacent to the Lodge offer unlimited areas for hiking, birding, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, swimming, tubing, canoing/kayaking, native & stocked fishing, and hunting. Opportunities for rock climbing, spelunking, horseback riding, and downhill skiing are also nearby.
