Nestled at the foot of the Medicine Bow Mountains alongside the Big Laramie River, the Woods Landing Resort offers a quiet getaway in a full-service yet rustic setting. It offers two new deluxe log cabins, six rustic log cabins, teepee camping, RV hookups, and a country store/gas station, and post office. The Woods Landing Bar and Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In addition to daily horseback rides into the Medicine Bow National Forest, other summer activities include blue ribbon fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, river rafting and canoeing, and hunting. Winter activities include ice fishing, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing and snowmobiling on nearby groomed trails in the Medicine Bow National Forest.
