This National Historic Site was established in 1921 and remodeled in 1978. Before that, it was used to pump water from the Chena River to dredging operations at Cripple Creek. Some original equipment still remains. Riverside dining features Alaska's northernmost oyster bar, fresh seafood and smoked ribs, plus a spectacular Sunday Brunch.
