Walrus Islands State Game Sanctuary is a group of seven islands and their adjacent waters located in Bristol Bay Borough. The sanctuary is world famous for its unique summer concentrations of walruses.

Up to 14,000 walrus have been counted on one island in a single day. In addition, visitors can view whales, harbor seals, red foxes, plus a variety of seabirds.
