The city of Greensboro is found in Hale County (Central Region), south of Tuscaloosa along Highway 69.


The city is near the Black Warrior River and the Talladega National Forest where many outdoor activities may available. The areas offer many hiking trails, camping, fishing, and river boating. Local shops are available for all outdoor needs.
Some of the attractions in the city include the Magnolia Grove Historic House Museum that is home to many of the historic features of the city.
