Justine's at the Pillars offers fine dining in an elegant atmosphere. They use highest quality seafood to create their signature dishes of Caribbean Red Snapper and Whiskey Smoked Shrimp. The hand cut steak selections include the Stilton stuffed fillet of beef with lump crab meat and rich apple smoked brandy butter.
