The Central Region of Alabama is home totowns and cities that offer an array of attractions. Gorgeous arboretums can be found in Tuscaloosa at the University of Alabama, and in Auburn at the Davis Arboretum. In Tuskegee is the George Washington Carver Museum, and in Montgomery is the Civil Rights Memorial honoring those who died in the Civil Rights Movement.
