Blytheville is located in Mississippi County (of which it is the county seat) northest corner of the the state between Gosnell and Armoral, off of I-55 on the banks of the Mississippi River near the Tennessee Boarder.
From their earliest work of clearing the explorer LaSalle's'Forrest Magnifique', to long years at the center of an agricultural county that led the nation in cotton production, to their present status as the number two area in the United States in steel production.
