Located at the west end of Main Street, the Prairie County Museum focuses on the Arkansas River and associated lifestyles. Displays depict pioneer life and the river-based economy. Among the items are mussels, which were used for trade as well as jewelry and meat. Closed most Mondays. Admission is charged.
