Star City is located in Lincoln County (of which it is the county seat) southeast of Pine Bluff between Nebo and Montongo along Hwy 425 near the Arkansas River.
The Back in Time Museum and Cane Creek State Park are both popular locations throughout the Star City area.

Louisiana Peach Fest Ruston LA June21-22 The fun begins on Friday in Ruston’s historic Railroad Park at 6:30 p.m. with Dixie Tradition, followed by a return festival appearance by Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band at 8:30 p.m.
