Arizona State Museum, a Smithsonian Institution affiliate, is the proud home of an official project of "Save America's Treasures" - The Pottery Project: 20,000 Pots, 2,000 Years. ASM is the oldest and largest anthropology museum in the region and brings to life the culture and history of the Greater Southwest, from the mammoth hunters to the present. The museum's rich and varied collections are among the most significant resources in the nation for the study of Southwest anthropology.

Gallery/Store Hours: Excluding state holidays, the galleries and museum store (located in the north building) are open seven days a week Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the store is closed from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.) and on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
