The Golden Swan restaurant is located in the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch. The Golden Swan is an award winning restaurant offering exceptional seafood, prime meats and freshwater fish. The "world market" cuisine features ingredients and foods flown in from countries around the world. Chef de Cuisine William Bradley creates daily menus using these seasonal items. The Golden Swan has been named one of the top 5 restaurants in the Southwest by Conde Nast Traveler, is a winner of the acclaimed DiRona award, and has been named one of the "Outstanding Restaurants of the World" by Travel Holiday magazine. You will enjoy dining indoors or out, overlooking the beauty of a lagoon and surrounded by lush gardens. Before or after your dining experience you may explore the beauty of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort, enjoying the nightly entertainment in the Lobby Bar or relaxing in front of a crackling fireplace. We are also only open Sundays for brunch from 9:30am-2pm.
