The High Altitude Sports Training Complex at Northern Arizona University coordinates all aspects of international and domestic training camps for elite-level professional and amateur athletes who wish to train at a high altitude in order to enhance their performance.
HASTC has hosted over 4,500 athletes from almost 40 countries since its formation in 1994. Athletes trained at this collegiate-based complex in Flagstaff, have won 191 Olympic and Paralympic Medals since 1996.
High-performance seminars and workshops provide hands-on training at one of the elite training facilities and completely supported with sports medicine. These half-day to one-day programs are designed for a broad diversity of sports, educational, and corporate organizations.
Sport-specific workshops are offered for junior high, high school, and collegiate level athletes and specialized continuing education seminars are available for coaches and fitness trainers. Corporate wellness and fitness workshops serve as educational and recreational retreats in the scenic beauty of Northern Arizona.
