Since the beginning of its history 1946, AGSIM's curriculum has been founded on a tripartite system that requires students to take courses in global business, international affairs, and modern languages. The program leads to the Master of Internati onal Management.

In 1996, they celebrated its 50th anniversary as the first school of business to focus exclusively on international management. It was started by the late Lieutenant General Barton Kyle Yount (1884-1949).

The School is located in Glendale, Maricopa County, AZ, and has a total enrollment of about 1500. The program leads to Post-Bachelor Certificates and Masters Degrees.
