This one-of-a-kind museum, housed within the premises of the Navajo Arts and Crafts Enterprise, brings to light a hidden world of Navajo national history and present-day Navajo culture.
Established in 1961, the Navajo Nation Museum is dedicated to preserving and interpreting the rich and unique culture of the Navajo Nation. Originally located in a small building at the Window Rock Tribal Fairgrounds, its permanent home was constructed in 1982.
The Museum also offers information about related publications and Navajo music.
