This is a working miniature-horse ranch with 35 miniature horses, Nigerian dwarf goats, mini burros and flocks of multi-colored bantam chickens. The ranch is minutes away from the Sonora Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park West, Old Tucson, Avra Valley Airport and Skydiving Center, and the famous Little Abner's Steak House.

The ranch features two guest rooms with a full hall bath. One room has a queen bed and an eastern view of the desert garden and trees. The other room has a queen size sofa-bed, private entrance, a northern view of the corrals and horses, and serves as a sitting room when not in use. Kitchen and laundry privileges are extended. Guests are welcome to enjoy viewing the animals. Ranch tours and cook-outs are available.
