The Dogwood Canoe Club, formed in 1964, is a society incorporated under the Society Act of British Columbia, Canada. Its main purpose is to unite persons interested in recreational paddling and to promote the safe and responsible use of navigable waters. The main focus of the club is paddling. The goal is to offer its members the opportunity to improve their paddling skills. They paddle solo and tandem canoes and kayaks on flat water, moving water, white water, oceans, estuaries, lakes, and ponds. Organized trips are planned from March to November.
